Order Cut-Off & Processing Time
- Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off is at 10:00 PM (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will start processing on the next business day.
- Order Handling (1-3 Business Days): Once we receive your order, we will assemble and quality-check your keyboard within 1-3 business days. During this period, our team ensures the keyboard is fully debugged and free of noise before shipment.
Shipping & Transit Time
- Shipping Time (5-17 Business Days): After processing is complete, your order will be shipped out and should arrive within 5-17 business days, depending on your destination country. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Total Delivery Estimate
Combining the processing and shipping durations, you can generally expect to receive your order within 6-20 business days from the time you place it.Additional Notes
- “Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy – Tapkx Keyboard Studio

At Tapkx Keyboard Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
- Eligible Items: We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, or otherwise faulty due to manufacturing issues. Non-defective products are not eligible for return.
- Timeframe: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.

- Order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
- Approval & Process: Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide instructions for returning the item. After we receive and verify the defective product, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances. If you wish to order a different product, please proceed with a new purchase after receiving your refund (if applicable).
Additional Information
- Shipping costs associated with the return of a defective product will be covered by us if confirmed defective upon inspection.
- We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product is found to be non-defective or outside the eligible timeframe.
