At Tapkx, we are dedicated to ensuring your custom keyboard arrives safely and in a timely manner.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Each keyboard is meticulously assembled, tested, and undergoes a final quality check before we prepare it for shipment. - Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday, will enter the processing queue the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Transit Time

Transit Time: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days for orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
For all other international destinations, delivery usually takes 8–12 business days, depending on the destination country and local carrier performance. - Shipping Coverage: We provide full-region delivery across Germany and the United Kingdom. For the United States, all orders (except those addressed to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Box locations) are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping with Free Shipping included.
- Tracking Information: After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
3. Important Notes
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States.
- Shipping Address: Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Tapxkey is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, please note that any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or related fees are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.
- Delivery Delays: While we provide estimated timelines, actual delivery dates may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, weather events, or local carrier delays. In the rare event of a significant delay, our support team will be happy to assist you in tracking your order.
